All warranties thereof, express or implied, are disclaimed. Reservations and Tickets Booked through Metro Event Planners, LLC
| GENERAL |
Child visitors are prohibited from booking and purchasing events on their own and are advised that www.bachelorexperts.com is intended for adults at least 18 years of age. If you are not 18 years of age, please leave this site immediately.
You must be 21 years old to enter a lounge/club in New York City, Hoboken NJ, and Atlantic City NJ and will be asked to present a valid picture I.D. at time of entrance. If guests are under 21, please notify us so proper arrangements can be made. All guests over 21 years of age must carry proper ID at all times. Security and privacy - unless you select otherwise, whenever using the Metro Event Planners, LLC planning services, you automatically will be communicating over a secure network using encryption technology.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement must be agreed to in order to participate in the activities associated with Metro Event Planners, LLC

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
|
I will participate in Metro Event Planners, LLC event. I understand that such participation can include foreseeable and unforeseeable risks and other hazardous activities inherent in Metro Event Planners, LLC activities which may expose the Participant to illness, injury, or death. The Participant voluntarily participates in Metro Event Planners, LLC activity with the knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agrees to assume and accept any and all risk of injury or death.

| WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION |
Participant understands and acknowledges that Metro Event Planners, LLC (the ˇ°Releaseesˇ±) are not insurers of Participants behavior, actions or participation in the program, and that Metro Event Planners, LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injuries or property damages to Participant or to third persons arising out of participation in Metro Event Planners, LLC activities. Participant hereby agrees to release, waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify and hold harmless Metro Event Planners, LLC and all of its Releases, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death that may be sustained by Participant or loss or damage to any property belonging to Participant arising out of or related to participation in Metro Event Planners, LLC activities, and excepting only such loss, damage or injury as may be caused by the sole negligence of any Releasee.
Participant agrees that the site of any lawsuit arising out of or related to participation in the Program shall be in New Jersey and that this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without application of any principles of choice of law. Participant does not have any medical conditions that would prevent participation in course Program.
Participant has adequate health insurance to cover the costs of treatment in the event of any injury. Participant shall pay any attorney fees or costs incurred by Metro Event Planners, LLC in enforcing this Agreement. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid in a court of law, then it is agreed and intended that all the remainder shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect.

| PAYMENT TERMS |
The package price for a party is subject to change until the first payment for a party is received. In order to reserve your party date a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required. This deposit is accepted by credit card only. The remaining balance of your party is due 30 days before your party date by credit card. In the event that the remaining balance is not received within 14 business days of your party date, your party shall be cancelled, and all payments up until this point shall be retained. Once this agreement is received, you will be charged for the remaining balance. We are no longer accepting checks.
FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (less than 14 days from party date) payment must be made in full by 12pm (noon) of the following day the deposit is made. If party is booked 3 days or less than party date then payment must be made in full that day by 5pm. In the event that the remaining balance is not received within this time frame, your party shall be cancelled, and all payments up until this point shall be retained.

| PAYMENT METHODS |
|
We accept only credit /debit cards and checks for payment. Credit and debit cards accepted are: Master Card, Visa, and Discover. All online sales are securely processed by Verisign (http://www.verisign.com) through this Website. The organizer of all parties must provide Metro Event Planners, LLC with their credit card information to be held on file until their party has taken place. The credit card on file will only be charged if there are additional charges incurred for the evening's package. Additional charges may include, but are not limited to limousine overtime, additional guests, Bachelorette/private party products. In the event that the limousine is out for more hours than are included in the party package as stated on the website, the client authorizes Metro Event Planners, LLC to charge the credit card on file: $20/hour/person. This is based on a minimum of 8 people. Fifteen minutes after the hour is considered one hour, therefore client must pay the full hour. At the time of the party reservation Client will be asked the estimated number of people attending the party. Additional guests are welcome to join the group, as long as Metro Event Planners, LLC is notified at least 14 days before your party date and paid in advance. At this time Metro Event Planners, LLC will book a larger limousine or studio space. If Metro Event Planners, LLC is notified less than 14 days before your party date, Metro Event Planners, LLC does not guarantee that a larger limousine or studio space will be available.

| CREDIT CARD PAYMENT |
|
Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Client has the option to charge the remaining balance on her/his credit card or each attendee can pay for her/his ticket individually (additional $15 convenience fee per transaction).

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
All parties and payments are pre-paid and non-refundable. If for any reason a guest cannot attend the event, it is the Client's responsibility to sell the open spot. In the event that you have to cancel your party, cancellation requests must be made by email or phone. If your cancellation request is received at least 30 days in advance of your party date, as a courtesy your non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit to be used towards another party package. This credit expires 90 days from the date that your party deposit was received.

| ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS |
|
All ads must be pre-paid and are subject to approval by Metro Event Planners, LLC. Rates and conditions may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to require payment two weeks in advance of publication or by credit card only. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All artwork that arrives after our deadline must have prior approval from the production manager. All ads that include photographic images of a person must be submitted with a photo release from the photographer signed by the model. No ads will be run without releases. Advertisements are accepted only under the condition that the advertisers assume all liability and responsibility for any legal claims resulting from advertisements printed or not printed. Metro Event Planners, LLC will not be liable for any damages or costs if it fails to publish an ad for any reason, or for no reason. Metro Event Planners, LLC reserves the right to refuse any advertising. Metro Event Planners, LLC reserves the right to add commentary and editorial content to advertising and throughout the Metro Event Planners, LLC Newsletter. All advertising submissions are final and non-refundable.

Venues visited throughout the night reserve the right to deny admission to anyone, for any reason. Dress to impress to ensure admittance to venues. No sneakers. Jeans are fine as long as dressed up with a trendy top, heels and dressier accessories. We recommend wearing skirts and dresses for this special evening. No refunds provided if a guest is not allowed into the venue due to improper attire. If you get thrown out of the venue for inappropriate behavior, no refunds will be provided. In the event that a venue closes or no longer can accommodate your party booking, Metro Event Planners LLC will provide you with a new venue to host your event. Metro Event Planners, LLC bares no responsibilities for any of the participants in this event. Please drink responsibly when inside the venues. Each attendee is responsible for their own safety. Metro Event Planners, LLC does not condone drinking and driving. If you are going to drink, please make sure to take a cab home or to sleep over at the final destination. All involved are responsible for themselves and should NEVER drink and drive. Metro Event Planners, LLC shall have no responsibility for any travel related problems you may experience. Metro Event Planners, LLC shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person. For nightclub packages, Metro Event Planners, LLC will provide admission to the selected nightclubs and front of the line access. These services are subject to normal challenges of providing such a unique service, but the best effort will be made to ensure all our commitments are met.

| LIMOUSINE CONDITIONS |
|
No narcotics are allowed in the vehicle. Client will be responsible for any damage to the interior and compartment's of the vehicle. Metro Event Planners, LLC shall not be responsible for any property left in the vehicle. Metro Event Planners, LLC may substitute a vehicle, due to any mechanical failure or physical damage. If Client or Client's guests throw up in the vehicle there will be a $300 clean-up and detail charge.

| ACCURACY OF DATA |
|
The data and services provided by www.bachelorexperts.com are provided "as is." Metro Event Planners, LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for particular purpose of any of the data or services provided by Metro Event Planners, LLC, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law disclaims all implied warranties in connection with such data or services.

| LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |
In no event shall Metro Event Planners, LLC be liable for any losses, injuries, claims, or damages (including incidental, consequential, lost profits or lost savings) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the reservation data and services. In the event such limitation of liabilities is not allowed under state law, Metro Event Planners, LLC maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the service charges paid to Metro Event Planners, LLC for the services rendered.
